About Me
I grew up in Fillmore, UT. Growing up I enjoyed riding my horses and dancing. In high school I was a member of Millard High's drill team. I was also a cheerleader there my junior year and then when I was senior I moved to Beaver, UT where I just cheered and then graduated from Beaver High School in the class of 2012. Participating in drill team and cheerleading were a huge part of my high school experience and really taught me how far hard work and dedication could take me. I moved to Cedar City to attend SUU on scholarship in the fall of 2012 and began studying to become a school teacher. I was married in the summer of 2013 and we very soon decided that the Cedar City area was where we wanted to raise our family, and so we have lived here ever since.
In December of 2016 I completed my degree and in the spring of 2017 I graduated from SUU with honors, my degree in elementary education, my teaching license, and my ESL endorsement. I really love to teach school and am very lucky to be able to do something that I am so passionate about every day. It is my hope that my enthusiasm for teaching will be contagious and help your child be enthusiastic about learning. I truly care about your children and want them to be successful. I look forward to teaching your child this year and to getting to know them and you better. Some of my favorites are diet vanilla Coke, diet Pepsi, diet Dr. Pepper, springtime, chocolate, and fashion. I also love Harry Potter and anything Disney. Thanks for stopping in to read all about me!
